On September, the 13th and the 14th 2018 the basic level of training in “Teaching in Higher education organized by the Center of Teaching Ecxellence of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. The two-day training held at the premises of the Faculty of Education and delivered by the CTE internationally certified trainers was attended by 24 professors and assistant from different UP academic units.

Through this training, participants were acquainted with various contemporary theories and approaches in higher education teaching and learning. During the training, participants exchanged experiences with the CTE trainers and their colleagues participating in a wide range of activities which they could apply in their work with students, constantly aiming the advancement of their teaching skills, as well as the enhancement of students’ results through the promotion of active learning.
During September, in the next two weeks, the Center for Teaching Excellence will deliver trainings of advanced level “Planning and Implementing Teaching in Higher Education” for the UP staff who have been certified in basic level.
