The Center for Teaching Excellence of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” in cooperation with World Learning and the State University of Arizona, aiming at increasing the training capacities and expanding its pool of certified trainers, realized the third stage of the TOT Program supported by the Transformational Leadership – Scholarships and Partnerships Program.
On Ma2 2-5, 12 new trainers, UP staff from various academic units, selected for attending the TOT Program, exchanged their experiences with their peers, as well as with the trainers with international experience Dr. Kara McBride and Dr. Radmila Popovic, and applied the knowledge and skills obtained in this stage and in the previous stages.
During this stage of training the new trainers , through their presentations in three key areas: active methods in learning and teaching, classroom management, and assessment of students, demonstrated their dedication to team work, as well as for further development of their capacity as trainers.
