University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” Center for Teaching Excellence has started the implementation of the Project “Through Collaboration and Innovation towards Sustainable Development” funded by the University Support Grants Program of the US Embassy in Prishtina. After the first training of the series of professional development workshops dedicated to engaging students online delivered on October 26th 2020 by Professor Laura Cruz, the series of workshops continued on November 5th, with the session on strengthening presence in online environment. The guest speaker, Professor Andrea Gregg from Pennsylvania State University shared her knowledge and experiences with her colleagues from the University of Prishtina. During the workshop the participant had an opportunity not only to get acquainted, but also to use different tools available for making online teaching interactive and facilitate students’ learning. The professional development series will continue on November 12th with another guest speaker from Pennsylvania State University.
